Q: Is there really a Santa Claus, Indiana?

Q: Can I visit Santa’s Candy Castle and/or the town of Santa Claus, Indiana in general?
A: Yes!  Although Santa Claus, Indiana has only about 2,000 residents, more than a million visitors a year flock to our quaint little town every year.  Our county visitor’s bureau is an excellent source of information for planning a trip.  To visit their website, please visit the Related Links section of this website.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes!  With our corporate discount program, the more you purchase the more you save.  Orders of $500 or more receive a 5% discount, orders of $1,000 or more receive a 10% discount, orders of $3,000 or more receive a 15% discount, and orders of $5,000 or more receive a 20% discount.  Discounts are calculated on merchandise total, before tax and shipping.

Q: How much is shipping / how are items shipped?
A: Please visit the shipping page on this website for complete information on our shipping policies.

Q: Do you offer shipping during warm weather?
A: At this time, we do not offering warm weather shipping options.  We are currently exploring cost-effective methods for possibly offering this option in the future.

Q: Can I ship to more than one person within a single order?
A: At the current time, you can only specify one recipient per order.  Please create another order for each additional recipient.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Indiana customers are charged a 7% sales tax on the merchandise subtotal.  Customers from other states are not charged sales tax.

Q: Can I pay for Santa Letters, Good List Certificates and/or Evidence Kits together in one transaction with other items on the website?
A: Santa Letters, Good List Certificates and Evidence Kits are offered by our sister company, Imaginary Greetings.  Because of the high level of personalization on these items they must be purchased in a separate transaction than the other items on our site.  We are exploring the possibility of offering the ability to purchase these in one transaction in the future. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A:  Our number one priority is ensuring that you and your loved ones enjoy your purchase from Santa’s Candy Castle.  If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them to us for an appropriate replacement or a full refund – whichever you prefer.

Q: How long will your confections stay fresh?
A: Our candy canes can be stored at room temperature with normal humidity for at least one full year.  Candy canes should not be refrigerated or frozen.  Our other confections are best when consumed with two weeks, but can be stored for up to six months by placing the package in two plastic bags, closing tightly and freezing.  To thaw, remove from the freezer and keep the package inside the bags for 24 hours. 

Q: Do your confections contain dairy products, nuts or gluten?
A: ALL of our products may contain dairy products, nuts, and gluten.  Any person with an allergy to ANYof these items should NOT consume ANY of our products.

Q: How do I prepare your gourmet hot chocolate?
A: Add 1.6 ounces (3 heaping tablespoons) to 8 ounces of hot (but not boiling) water.  Stir & enjoy.  Add more/less mix to taste.

Q: How do I prepare your frozen hot chocolate?
A: For best results, use a high-speed blender or smoothie machine.  Pour 1 and 2/3 cups of whole milk (Vitamin D) into blender.  Add entire contents of hot chocolate mix to blender.  Add enough ice to fill blender to the 32 ounce level (approx. 3 cups of ice).  Blend on highest setting until smooth (usually 30 seconds or more). Pour into four glasses and top with whipped cream.  Serve with straws and/or spoons & enjoy.
